Study Dojo

Record a lecture

Record a class in your browser and get lecture notes.

  1. In the Study Dojo, press Record lecture.
  2. Allow the microphone when your browser asks.
  3. Press Start recording. Use Pause if the class takes a break.
  4. When it ends, press Stop, pick a depth on the sushi scale and press SAMURAIZE™.

Your Study is written from the recording - you'll see Creating your study… until it opens.

The screen is kept awake while you record, and the recording is saved in your browser as it goes - if the tab closes, you will be offered the unfinished recording back.

Upload a recording instead#

Choose Upload on the same card, pick the file, then a depth, and press SAMURAIZE™. MP3, M4A and WAV files work, from 20 seconds up to 3 hours.

How many?#

Free accounts get 1 lecture a week; verified students get 2. Premium and Maximum have no weekly lecture limit.
